Please note, these terms & conditions are only applicable to products which are available to be bought on our website from the KJ Luxe category (Hoodies, Sweatshirts, Masks). This document does not pertain to garments bought & sold by our distributors.
In order to make a purchase and contract with us you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid PayPal account. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.
We accept payment with PayPal and you must pay for the products before we dispatch them. We will charge you before the product is put into production.
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by email that the Products which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those Products listed in the confirmation email sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed. We retain the right to refuse any order made by you.
Pricing & Availability
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on the Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any products which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the Products, you will receive a full refund. Where applicable, prices are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate.
Delivery costs will be charged when you place an order. Delivery costs are displayed where applicable and included in the total price you pay.
All orders are subject to availability. All prices advertised are subject to change.
KJ Luxe online are made to order in house and take up to 14 working days to be made and sent to you from the day you order. Please allow 2 weeks from your order date to receive your order.

All orders will be shipped using DPD which is tracked and signed for service.
Please allow up to 14 working days for delivery on all made to order items. If you require your item for a certain date, please email [email protected] to request a specific production slot.
UK Next Day Delivery
All ‘In Stock’ orders must be placed by 2pm to guarantee next day delivery, excluding weekend delivery, Bank holidays and festive periods.
All ‘Made to Order’ items will be shipped once produced within our usual production time scale of 1-14 days.

Only Kevan Jon Luxe purchased exclusively on our website can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund/exchange. To start a return please email us on [email protected] where a returns form will be provided for you to fill in and enclose in your package.
Garments should be returned in their original condition with original labels & tags attached, unworn and unwashed. Any returns received outside of these time scales or without original tags will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. Please take care when trying on garments; do not wear perfumes, deodorants, body lotions or makeup. We would ask that you take care with fake tan or makeup when trying on the garment. Items that are damaged, altered, worn or cleaned will also not be accepted and returned to the customer.
Please note that Kevan Jon does not cover the cost of return shipping which should be arranged by the customer. All returns/exchanges must be packed securely and posted via and insured and tracked courier to ensure safe delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for any loss of any parcels on their way to us. We will process your request for an exchange/refund as quickly as possible but please allow up to 14 working days from the receipt of your return for this to be fully processed.
